Process for Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Report the defect or damage within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting our customer service team via email, phone, or our website’s support form.
- Inspection: We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage to confirm eligibility for an exchange.
- Return of Product: For eligible products, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us. It must be in its original packaging and include all original attachments, manuals, and accessories.
- Delivery of Replacement: After we receive the returned product and validate the issue, we’ll dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional charge. Dream Collection will take care of all associated shipping costs.

- Timeframe: The product exchange must be completed within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories and must be in the same condition as when received. Used, altered, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for an exchange.
